Lodging Reservations
- Consider arriving on Saturday, July 20, as the conference check starts at 1:00 PM on Sunday, July 21, 2024. You may add nights to the front end and back end of our week.
- The code for BRI 2024 is 10269.
- The Lodge will accept reservations from attendees after Friday, June 21, 2024 only on a space and rate available basis.
- You may also search for offsite options with VRBO, Airbnb or local hotels. Please note that traffic is heavy this time of year and if you choose an off-site accommodation, please plan accordingly to arrive at conference Lodge.
Phone Reservations
Reservations for the Event will be made by individual attendees directly with Lodge reservations prior to the Cut-off Date. All guests should identify themselves as a member of Blue Ridge group in order to obtain the Organization’s rate.
Online Reservations
- Click Book Online below.
- Upper right-hand corner, click Lowest Rate Guaranteed BOOK HERE!
- Select your Arrival/Departure Dates and the number of guests per room
- Click the CHECK AVAILABILITY button.
- Click on the RATE OPTIONS button.
- Click on the box “Promotional/Group Code” and Enter Promotional Code: 10269.
- Click CHECK AVAILABILITY again.
- Select a room type.
- Select BOOK IT.
- Complete the required information to make a reservation.
NOTE: If you do not click the Book Online button above, you may not be able to find the reservation system on the Unicoi State Park website. To get to the reservation system, visit www.unicoilodge.com. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the Blue box: Lowest Rate Guaranteed BOOK HERE!
Guaranteed Reservations
All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card or by Organization. Lodge will not hold any reservation unless secured by one of the aforementioned methods. Individual room reservation cancellations will be accepted by the Lodge from the Cut-off date until 7 days prior to arrival without penalty. Individual room reservation cancellations received 6 days or less prior to the arrival date will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax. Please inform your attendees to record and keep their individual cancellation numbers as “No-Show” reservations, as well as “Early Departures,” which will be charged at 100% of the daily rate of the reservation for the entire reserved stay.
Lodging Options
A range of sizes, styles, and locations make Unicoi State Park some of the most popular rental cabins in Helen, GA. Unicoi offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom accommodations, including ADA-accessible and pet-friendly options.
The BRI Lodging Block could not include all lodging accommodations. Below are the rooms included in the BRI room block.
The following accommodations are available in the BRI room block special rate.
Hotel Lodge
The rate is $169 a night.
The lodge features comfortable modern guest rooms in a variety of arrangements. Choose from our spacious king, double queen, or rooms with two full-size beds. Enjoy Wi-Fi, cable TV, and many other modern conveniences at the Lodge, including our convenient Business Center, restaurant, tavern, and gift shop.
Barrel Cabins
The rate is $169 – $229 a night.
Perched on the hillside and nestled into the forest, the Barrel Cabins offer guests comfort and quirkiness with their unusual design. Options range from a 1-bedroom and 1-bath with a sleeper sofa to a 2-bedroom and 1-bath with king or queen accommodations. Located near Unicoi Lake with easy access to all the great recreation activities. Cabins include WIFI and TV.
3 Bedroom Lodge
The rate is $259 a night.
If you need extra space, look no further than the Deluxe Cabins. Reserve one of our 3-bedroom and 2-bath lake-view cabins. They feature two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, a fireplace, and more. The Deluxe Cabins provide easy access to local shopping, sightseeing, hiking trails, and the beach at Unicoi Lake.
Smith Creek Cabins
The rate is $199 a night.
The 2-bedroom and 2-bath Smith Creek Cabins are the park’s most rustic cabins. The Smith Creek cabins are very rustic. These are unplugged cabins as they do not include televisions or WiFi. It is the ideal place to get off the grid, unplug from the modern world, and tune into nature.
Each rental features a full kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, and central heating and air. They have easy access to Downtown Alpine Helen, trout streams, and nearby Anna Ruby Falls. These cabins are located 3 miles from the Lodge near the entrance to Anna Ruby Falls. These cabins offer the best opportunities for quiet mornings watching deer and wild turkeys.
It will require driving to the lodge and other conference activities.
Glamping
Not in the BRI Room Block. There is no discounted rate for THIS LODGING option.
Combining luxury and the great outdoors, the spacious and completely furnished Safari Tents give large families or groups the extra space they need to glamp in comfort. All tents include the following:
- Keurig Coffee maker
- Mini fridge
- Rugs, lamps, diffusers, and other home décor
- Electrical outlets to charge your devices
- A Ceiling Fan, Residential A/C, & Heating Unit
The Glampsite will include 2 hammocks, a wood fire ring, a charcoal grill with a cooking grate, string lights, 2 camp chairs, and a picnic table.
Anyone that would like to reserve campsites including the glamping sites will need to go to Unicoi website and click on ‘accommodations’ and select glamp sites and/or campsites.
Off-Property Lodging
Vrbo and Airbnb do NOT have any lodging on the Unicoi property. The listing is in Helen, GA outside of Unicoi Park. Travel will be required daily to the conference.
